The transfer includes:
- Meeting at the airport/railway station with the sign with the Name of the participant or the name of the Forum;
- Unlimited expectation in case of delay of the flight;
- Expectation of the participant for at least 2 hours after the arrival of the flight;
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- The deadline for applications and payment of transfers – 20th of September 2010;
- Cancellation before 15th of September, 2010 – no penalty, after 15th of September, 2010 - 100% penalty.
Attention: All the refunds are processed after the Forum with a minus of bank charges and overheads.
